Terms of Service

By using Move4BetterLife, you agree to these terms
Move4BetterLife is a wellness motivation service operated by MOVEFORBETTERLIFE Co., Ltd. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (and, if applicable, the organization you represent) and us.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16, able to form contracts, and, if using Move4BetterLife on behalf of a company, authorized to bind that company. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us about unauthorized access.
Service commitments
We provide dashboards, reviewer packets, motivation loops, and integrations with Strava, Garmin, and other platforms. We may update the service and add or remove features with notice when practical.
Changes
We may revise these Terms to reflect new functionality or comply with regulations. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
Protect the integrity of Strava, Garmin, and your members
- Do not misuse Strava or Garmin APIs. Only request scopes required for your use case.
- Do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data or resell Move4BetterLife outputs.
- Do not upload harmful code, scrape other members’ information, or interfere with service stability.
- Respect all applicable privacy, labor, and incentive regulations where your workforce operates.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules or threatens platform security.
Integrations & reviewers
When you connect Strava, Garmin, or another supported platform, you authorize us to process the data in line with our Privacy Policy. Reviewer dashboards show only the synced evidence required for integration approval and compliance checks.
You are responsible for honoring each platform’s developer policies, notifying your workforce about data usage, and disabling access when a member leaves your program.
- Disconnect an integration at any time through app settings or by emailing us.
- Reviewer questions route through [email protected]; responses are logged.
- We notify you before changing data retention periods or reviewer visibility.
Fees, trials, and taxes
Program pricing, if applicable, is defined in your order form or master subscription agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. You authorize MOVEFORBETTERLIFE Co., Ltd. to charge the payment method you provide for each subscription term.
If you are on a pilot or beta program we may waive fees, shorten notice periods, and request qualitative feedback.
Term, termination, and suspension
- These Terms remain in effect until your subscription ends or your account is deleted.
- You may terminate by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account triggers data removal per the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or regulatory risk.
- Upon termination, you retain ownership of your content but grant us licenses required to operate backup systems for up to 30 days.
Intellectual property
Move4BetterLife, its logos, and all associated content are owned by MOVEFORBETTERLIFE Co., Ltd. You retain ownership of your brand assets and data submitted through the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to deliver the service.
Disclaimers & liability
Move4BetterLife is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit aggregate liability to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or USD $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.
